Adición De Un Artículo Al Decreto 1075 De 2015

Decreto 418 de 2018 · por el cual se reconoce el “Día del Docente Orientador” y se adiciona un artículo al Decreto 1075 de 2015 - Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación.

°. Adición de un artículo al Decreto 1075 de 2015. Adiciónese el artículo 2.3.8.1.4 al Capítulo 1, Título 8, Parte 3 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1075 de 2015 - Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.3.8.1.4. Reconocimiento del Día del Docente Orientador . Reconózcase el 26 de febrero de cada año, como el “Día del Docente Orientador” .

Parágrafo

El acto de reconocimiento del “Día del Docente Orientador” , que se realizará en la fecha indicada en el presente artículo en las instituciones educativas oficiales, no generará la desescolarización de los estudiantes y, en todo caso, se garantizará la prestación del servicio educativo”.
