El que preste eficaz colaboración a los investigadores y autoridades judiciales que permitan la captura de los secuestradores, podrá obtener los beneficios otorgados por el programa especial de protección a los colaboradores de la justicia y recibirá del erario a título de gratificación el equivalente a lo que el Estado considere exento de todo impuesto en el respectivo año gravable.
