En caso de sucesión por causa de muerte del concesionario, la concesión podrá continuar en cabeza de los herederos, siempre y cuando éstos acrediten ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones su calidad de tales, que no se haya interrumpido el funcionamiento de la emisora y el cumplimiento de los demás requisitos y condiciones establecidos en el presente Decreto. Los herederos del concesionario responderán solidariamente por las obligaciones derivadas de la concesión, hasta el momento en que se registre la partición de la herencia.
