Cuando los objetos decomisados sean materia fungible, no habrá necesidad de esperar la terminación del juicio para proceder a la venta, sino que ésta se hará cuanto antes para evitar el deterioro, y en caso de que se ordene la devolución, se entregará en dinero al interesado el valor por que se hubiere hecho la venta.
