Impuesto a ganadores. Las empresas operadoras del juego de lotería liquidarán, retendrán, declararán y girarán dentro de los diez (10) primeros días hábiles de cada mes, a sus titulares, el impuesto a ganadores de premios del juego de lotería tradicional o de billetes establecido en el artículo 48 de la Ley 643 de 2001. Este impuesto será retenido por las empresas operadoras al momento de pagar el premio.
