° Dirección y Administración. La Dirección y representación del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales estarán a cargo del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Sus funcionarios y empleados serán los mismos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y el control fiscal será ejercido por la Contraloría General de la República por Intermedio de la Auditoria Fiscal ante dicho Ministerio. Los actos que expida el Ministro de Obras Públicas como representante legal del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales y que lo requieran serán refrendados por el Secretario General del Ministerio.
