El Oficial o Suboficial comprometido en la rebelión pero no como promotor, cabecilla o director, incurre en la pena del artículo anterior, disminuida hasta en dos terceras partas.

Para el soldado, en este caso, la pena es de seis meses a cuatro años de prisión.
