°. Junta Directiva. La Red de Solidaridad Social tendrá una Junta Directiva integrada por el Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, o su delegado, quien la presidirá; dos miembros designados por el Presidente de la República y dos más elegidos por la plenaria de cada Cámara del Congreso de la República.

Parágrafo

A las sesiones de la Junta Directiva podrán ser invitados representantes o voceros de las comunidades, de las organizaciones no gubernamentales, o los funcionarios que sean del caso. A las deliberaciones de la Junta Directiva asistirá con derecho a voz pero sin voto, el Gerente General de la Red de Solidaridad Social.
