º. Contratación de servicios. El Ministerio de Salud, el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, los departamentos, los municipios y las direcciones territoriales de salud, podrán contratar individualmente o en forma conjunta con cargo a sus respectivos presupuestos, la prestación de servicios para la ubicación, atención y tratamiento de las personas objeto del presente decreto, con entidades públicas o privadas.
