Desvinculación por calificación insatisfactoria . La calificación insatisfactoria será causal de retiro del servicio. El nombramiento del empleado de carrera administrativa deberá declararse insubsistente por la autoridad nominadora, en forma motivada, cuando haya obtenido calificación no satisfactoria como resultado de la evaluación del desempeño laboral final o extraordinaria. Contra el acto administrativo no procede recurso alguno.
