Art. 1814. La mujer que en el caso de interdicción del marido, o por larga ausencia de éste sin comunicación con su familia, hubiere sido nombrada curadora del marido, o curadora de sus bienes, tendrá por el mismo hecho la administración de la sociedad conyugal.
