El Gobierno Nacional, en un término no superior a 6 meses contados a partir de la expedición de la presente ley, determinará las competencias de la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (Uspec) y el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec) para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la presente ley.
