Cédense al Colejio Mayor de Popayan los principales que a favor de la Nacion se reconocen en la mina de Naya, ubicada en el municipio de Buenaventura, del Estado soberano del Cauca.

§. Este Establecimiento queda con la obligación de dar dos becas a los jóvenes pobres que así califique el Podar Ejecutivo del Estado.
