Modifíquese el artículo 86-4 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 86-4. Término de la prórroga de la declaratoria de existencia de las zonas francas. El término por el que se puede solicitar la prórroga de la declaratoria de existencia de una zona franca será mínimo de diez (10) años y máximo por un término de treinta (30) años. La prórroga del término de la declaratoria de existencia de una zona franca se podrá autorizar por una (1) sola vez."
