El empleado o funcionario público que deje de cumplir el deber que se le impone en el artículo 47 del presente Decreto, incurrirá en una multa de un peso por cada estampilla que deje de anular, multa que impondrá el respectivo superior. Se hace extensiva a los empleados o funcionarios de que trata este artículo la disposición de que trata el artículo anterior.
