Los peones o jornaleros colombianos que salgan del país a trabajar en Naciones fronterizas deben ir provistos de pasaportes corrientes individuales expedidos en debida forma aunque hagan parte de grupos o cuadrillas. Tales pasaportes se expedirán gratuitamente, sólo servirán para viajar a un determinado país fronterizo y no tendrán una validez mayor que la de los contratos de trabajo, que los interesados deben presentar a las autoridades respectivas para obtener esta clase de pasaportes.
