En ningún caso, los inmuebles por destinación harán parte del avalúo catastral. Cuando se trate de predios afectados con mejoras agropecuarias, éstas sólo se tomarán en cuenta para efectos de los avalúos catastrales elaborados por formación o actualización, cuatro (4) años después de su realización.
