Redúcese del artículo 376 del Presupuesto la suma de $ 100, y del resto, destínase al artículo 370 la cantidad de $ 1,500 para sostenimiento de las. becas en la Escuela Normal Central de Institutores de Bogotá, de los alumnos maestros de la extinguida Escuela de Facatativá, que se hallen en el caso del artículo 2.° del Decreto número 606 de.27 de Junio próximo pasado.
