º. Incremento de salario por antigüedad . A partir del 1º de enero de 1997, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se les aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 721 y 897 de 1978 y 28 de 1996, se reajustará en un trece punto cinco por ciento (13.5%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
