Para efectos de la preservación y conservación de la calidad de las aguas el Ministerio de Salud tendrá en cuenta, además de las normas establecidas en esta Ley, los artículos 134 a 145 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974 en lo que se refiere a la protección de aguas para consumo humano.
