Las Comisiones Locales tendrán por función recomendar medidas de policía tendientes a la prevención de las perturbaciones que atenten contra la seguridad y tranquilidad ciudadana en la respectiva localidad, así como la identificación de los factores irregulares que impidan el eficaz servicio de policía.
