º Lo expresado en este Decreto se entenderá sin perjuicio, tanto de las expectativas que se deriven para la misma Empresa para explorar y exportar petróleo de propiedad nacional sobre el área objeto del presente aporte, así como de las que se deriven en favor de terceros por la misma causa. También queda a salvo las situaciones jurídicas concretas que existan en virtud de contratos vigentes o de propiedad privada del subsuelo que haya sido legalmente reconocida.
