º Si la documentación acompañada a la solicitud de matrícula no reuniere todos los requisitos señalados por este Decreto, se ordenará que se dé aviso de este hecho al interesado, para que se subsanen las irregularidades que se anotan dentro del término del treinta (30) días que podrá ser prorrogado por treinta (30) días más a solicitud motivada hecha antes del vencimiento del término inicial. Sí vencido este término o la prórroga, si la hubiera, no se hubieren subsanado debidamente tales irregularidades, se negará la matrícula de la mina de que se trate.
