ARTICULO 49 . Son deberes y obligaciones del Oficial Maquinista de Guardia, las siguientes

Cumplir y hacer cumplir los principios establecidos en la Regla III/1, del Convenio.

Cumplir las recomendaciones sobre orientación operacional, contenidas en el anexo y sus partes I y II de la Resolución 2 del Convenio, para los maquinistas encargados de la guardia de máquinas.

Los deberes y obligaciones adicionales contenidos en el presente Decreto, como también en el Reglamento Interno del buque.
