Decreto 1486 de 1905 · Por el cual se organiza la corte Marcial

Art. 1.° Créase un Tribunal denominado Corte Marcial, compuesto de tres Jefes de alta graduación militar, quienes, con su Secretario y asesorados del Auditor de Guerra del Ejército, formarán la Corte Marcial.

Parágrafo

Cada Vocal de la Corte tendrá dos suplentes; que podrán ser de inferior graduación, pero en ningún caso menos de Generales de Brigada. La Corte tendrá los empleados subalternos que fueren indispensables, á juicio del Gobierno.
