La Comisión de Alto Nivel establecida en el artículo 188 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, liderada por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, se reactivará y presentará ante el Congreso de la República, un proyecto de reforma constitucional que incremente real y progresivamente los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones, para el cierre de brechas desigualdades.
