Decreto 1435 de 2020 · Por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 27,46, 55, 119, 206, 206-1,235 - 2, literal e) del parágrafo 5 del artículo 240, 330, 331, 332, 333, 335 Y 336 del Estatuto Tributario y se modifica el Decreto 1625 de 2016, Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria.

al artículo 1.2.1.20.7. del Capítulo 20 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 1 del Decreto 1625 de 2016, Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria. Sustitúyase el

al artículo 1.2.1.20.7. del Capítulo 20 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 1 del Decreto 1625 de 2016, Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, así: "

Parágrafo 4

Para el caso de los servidores públicos cuyo régimen corresponde al de cesantías anualizadas, la regla de realización del ingreso de que trata el inciso 1 de este artículo en consonancia con lo previsto en el numeral 3 del artículo 27 del Estatuto Tributario, corresponde al momento en que las cesantías se consolidan y quedan disponibles en las cuentas individuales de estos servidores. Para tal efecto las entidades públicas empleadoras reportarán este valor en el certificado de ingresos y retenciones en el año gravable en que se realiza el ingreso conforme con lo previsto en el inciso anterior."
