Decreto 1435 de 1905 · Por el cual se designan las oficinas que deben amortizar los vales de extranjeros y los bonos de ferrocarriles

Art. 2.° Igualmente se admitirá el 8 por 100 en vales de extranjeros sobre el valor de las letras que se paguen en la Tesorería general por la misma causa.

Parágrafo

Estas letras deberán traer la constancia de que no se ha recibido el 8 por 100 en vales de extranjeros correspondiente á las sumas que ellas expresan; y el Tesorero general se abstendrá de recibir el 8 por 100 del valor de esas letras en dichos vales, cuando éstas carezcan de tal requisito.
