° La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos se compondrá de cinco miembros que serán el Ministro de Agricultura, el Ministro de Fomento, el Gerente del Banco de la Republica, el Gerente de la Caja Agraria, Industrial y Minero, y el Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. En reemplazo de estos tres últimos miembros, podrá solamente asistir un Subgerente de la respectiva Institución, designado por su Directiva cuando no le sea posible asistir al principal.
