En caso de falta de jurisdicción o de competencia, mediante decisión motivada el Juez ordenará remitir el expediente al competente, en caso de que existiere, a la mayor brevedad posible. Para todos los efectos legales se tendrá en cuenta la presentación inicial hecha ante la corporación o juzgado que ordena la remisión.
