El Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos "Alexander von Humboldt" deberá asistir a las reuniones de la Conferencia de las Partes de la Convención CITES acompañado de cualquiera de las entidades designadas como autoridades científicas mediante el presente decreto, de acuerdo con los temas previstos en la agenda que para tal efecto se señale y teniendo en cuenta la especialidad de sus funciones.
