Modifíquese el inciso cuarto del artículo 248 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “No podrán importarse bajo este régimen mercancías fungibles, ni aquellas que no puedan ser plenamente identificadas. Se exceptúan los equipos, aparatos y materiales necesarios para la producción y realización cinematográfica, obras audiovisuales de cualquier género, así como los accesorios fungibles de que trata el artículo 2.10.3.3.3 del Decreto 1080 de 2015, siempre que cuenten con autorización del Ministerio de Cultura o la entidad que actúe como Comisión Fílmica Nacional. La excepción también se aplica a los equipos, aparatos, materiales y bienes fungibles necesarios para la producción y realización de pauta publicitaria, acreditando las autorizaciones a que hubiere lugar” .
