LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.6.1.1.1Objeto. El objeto del presente Capítulo es establecer el funcionamiento de la Subcuenta de Compensación, el mecanismo de control y seguimiento al recaudo de aportes del Régimen Contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS) y el procedimiento operativo para realizar el proceso de compensación, de acuerdo con lo definido en el artículo 205 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y en las demás normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
