Art 4°. no obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores, facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para que, si lo tiene a bien, i poniendose de acuerdo con el señor doctor Aguilar, pueda emplearlo en algún trabajo cienífico, literario, industrial o de fomento en el pais, a voluntad del doctor Aguilar puede aceptar o nó esta designacion, o cumplir la comision de que hablan los artículos 1.° i 2°.
