º . Remoción de los administradores . Como consecuencia de la suspensión de los órganos de dirección y administración de la empresa, tales como la Junta Directiva y la Gerencia, el Comité de Vigilancia podrá disponer la remoción inmediata de los administradores que considere pertinente, previo análisis de las implicaciones laborales de tal decisión.
