ENAJENACION ESPECIAL. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, cuando se trate de bienes o mercancías que se encuentren en inminente estado de deterioro o de las cuales se tema razonablemente que puedan deteriorarse o destruirse, podrá el Liquidador, previa aprobación de la junta asesora, enajenar dichos bienes, aun cuando no estén avaluados, o por un valor inferior a aquél en el que hubieren sido estimados.
