En los estatutos de constitución de las Instituciones de Educación Superior, se deberá consignar en caso de disolución o liquidación, la forma en que retornarán los recursos invertidos, a la respectiva Caja de Compensación Familiar, calculados a valor presente, previo cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la prelación prevista en la ley.
