Queda prohibida la venta de lentes o anteojos, a excepción de los blancos neutros y de color, en almacenes, farmacias o droguerías o en cualquiera otra clase de establecimientos, si ellos no cuentan con el servicio permanente de un óptico que hubiere llenado los requisitos del presente Decreto. Queda igualmente prohibida la venta ambulante de cualquiera clase de lentes o anteojos.
