° El auxilio asignado por el artículo 4.° de la misma Ley para el camino de Medellín a Urrao par Heliconia, se pondrá a disposición del señor Gobernador de Antioquia para que se invierta bajo la vigilancia de la Junta Departamental de Caminos, debiendo rendirse mensualmente las cuentas de inversión :a la Corte del ramo, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
