Artículo primero. La reserva especial creada por el Decreto número 0902 de 1977 se reduce así: Área: 9.000 hectáreas; Punto de partida y alinderación: Tomando como punto de partida el vértice A de coordenadas X: 1.441.000 N, Y: 962.500 E sobre la frontera de Colombia y Panamá. Se continúa, al sur siguiendo la línea de frontera hasta el vértice B de coordenadas X: 1.427.000 N, Y: 946.750 E. De acá, en dirección este hasta el vértice C de coordenadas, X: 1.427.000 N, Y: 966.000 E. Luego al norte hasta el vértice D de coordenadas X: 1.441.000 N, Y: 966.000. De este se continúa en dirección oeste hasta' cerrar en el punto de partida, vértice A.
