Art. 3.° Tendrán derecho al aumento de que trata este Decreto: Los jefes de las secciones 2.ª y 3.ª, el Oficial 2.° de la 1.° y el Cajero principal de la 5.ª del Ministerio del Tesoro; Los Jefes Civiles y Militares de los Departamentos, con excepción del de Panamá, que tendrán el 50 por 100 de aumento. Los empleados subalternos de la Pagaduría Central Los Subdirectores de Telégrafos de Correos; y El Administrador y el Superintendente de este último Ramo.
