Artículo 125 . UNIFICACIÓN DE TASA. De conformidad con el artículo 119 de la Ley 6a de 1992, el Gobierno Nacional establecerá una sola tasa para cada tipo de solicitud relacionada con los procedimientos de propiedad industrial, independientemente de si la decisión que adopte la administración resulta favorable o no a las pretensiones del solicitante.
