ARTICULO 3.8.5.4.- LIQUIDACION POR RETIRO. La participación del tenedor de una libreta de ahorro e inversión será redimible cuando se retire voluntariamente del fondo, cuando abandone el plan de ahorro y cuando termine el contrato de trabajo. Con aprobación del Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas la junta directiva reglamentará los casos de abandono del plan de ahorro y el derecho de rehabilitación. En todo caso de redención se cancelará la respectiva libreta de ahorro e inversión.
