La Nación asume la deuda a favor del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro y a cargo de las entidades a él vinculadas, por concepto de las cesantías liquidadas y no transferidas a diciembre 31 de 1979, más los intereses causados sobre ellas de conformidad con los artículos 50 y 51 del Decreto extraordinario 3118 de 1968. Parágrafo. La Nación reintegrará el valor de la suma correspondiente a las entidades del orden nacional que ya hubieren pagado directamente a los interesados las cesantías liquidadas y no transferidas en la fecha a que se refiere este artículo.
