Entrega distinción. La entrega de la Distinción Nacional del Medio Ambiente, a quien fuere otorgada, se hará preferiblemente el día Nacional del Medio Ambiente, en ceremonia especial con la asistencia de altas autoridades del Gobierno nacional y representantes de las diferentes agremiaciones.
