Decreto 234 de 1957 · Por el cual se dan unas autorizaciones al Municipio de Ibagué

Artículo primero . Autorízase al Municipio de Ibagué para crear un establecimiento público, dotado de personería jurídica y patrimonio propio, que se denominará Empresas Públicas Municipales de Ibagué, para la prestación de los servicios de energía eléctrica, teléfonos, acueducto, alcantarillado, matadero y plazas de mercado, dentro del respectivo territorio del Municipio.

Parágrafo

Las Empresas Municipales de Ibagué podrán prestar sus servicios a otros Municipios con los cuales celebre contratos destinados a esta finalidad.
