El Procurador de Hacienda consultará con el Ministro del ramo las instrucciones que se deben comunicar a los Visitadores Fiscales en casos especiales, y llevarán un registro de las órdenes que se les comuniquen sobre traslación de ellos de unos lugares a otros, a fin de que en cualquier momento se sepa el lugar en que se halla cada cual.
