(Transitorio). Autorizase al Gobierno para que a solicitud de los respectivos interesados, acuerde con los contratistas de oleoductos de servicio público ya existentes, la adaptación de sus contratos a lo dispuesto sobre prorrogas en el artículo 5º del presente Decreto sobre revisión de tarifas en el artículo 12 del mismo. Esta autorización no incluye la de modificar el régimen contractual de los oleoductos ya existentes en materia de reversión.
