Responsabilidad de los ejecutores. Las entidades ejecutoras serán responsables de la dirección y manejo de la actividad contractual, así como del correcto uso y ejecución de los recursos asignados por el Fondo Nacional de Regalías. Cualquier daño o perjuicio originado en reclamaciones de terceros y que se deriven de sus actuaciones o de las de sus subcontratistas o dependientes, serán de su exclusiva responsabilidad.
