º Cuando una persona se niegue a presentar los libros y comprobantes de contabilidad para su revisión, la Prefectura de Control de Cambios dará cuenta del hecho a la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones, a fin de que se abstenga de otorgar en lo sucesivo licencias de importación o exportación o de cambio internacional destinadas a dicha persona.
